Alison McCabe was born and raised in the Garden State, and now lives in the Sonoran Desert. She teaches writing at the University of Arizona where she received her MFA in 2010. Alison is also a Tucson-based therapist with a supervised private practice. Her fiction has appeared in Tin House online, American Short Fiction, Shenandoah, and other journals. She is represented by Andrea Morrison at Writers House literary agency, and is currently at work on a novel.
